&lt;p&gt;So just create the .bashrc file and open a new tab - thats it!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now you can configure stuff like that:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;pre class="literal-block"&gt;
alias blog='ssh blog@blogserver.domain.example'
&lt;/pre&gt;
